Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using EvalOps services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
Service Description
EvalOps provides cryptographically verifiable evaluation telemetry infrastructure for AI systems. Services include evaluation orchestration, certificate generation, and auditor verification portals as described in your service agreement.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use EvalOps services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- • Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized data
- • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- • Use the service to transmit malicious code or harmful content
Intellectual Property
The EvalOps platform, including all software, documentation, and materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your evaluation data and results. We retain ownership of the platform and cryptographic infrastructure.
Service Level Agreement
Service availability, support response times, and other service levels are defined in your Enterprise License Agreement. EvalOps provides commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service uptime and performance as specified in your agreement.
Limitation of Liability
EvalOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
